Claremont,once known as 'The Heart of the Twin-State Valley', has undergone many changes since I started to live here as a small baby/child on Kenyon St. off Maple Avenue. At this writing, I am close to 73 years of age and have lived on and off in Claremont and so can discuss many of these changes, some for the better, but most for the worst. This will take some explanation, of course, as this might well be taken as a very negative,even cynical view.
